Refund and Returns Policy

At Future Getgads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product or service you have purchased from us, please read our policy below for details on how refunds and returns are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at returns@futuregetgads.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of your refund status.
4. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at returns@futuregetgads.com within 14 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
